The Difference Between Autonomy and Loyalty

How do you distinguish between breach and betrayal in the work place? When i think about this at work, i think about what's called the psychological contract. There there're basicly three types that we've studied. How do you know whether to leave or stay in the work con text? Whythetically, hypothetically, what is a good reason to stay? I have no idea what to do with that, but that was my thought.
