How to Get Into a College That Is Racist

i think people are misunderstanding what affirmative action is if you have these colleges that are racist then why would they let you in if they don't want black faces there it's not about not getting it on your own merit you're still intelligent you still got the good grades. It's not like they're letting in people with a lower gpa because they're black that's a complete no i know they're not doing that but they are excluding some people from it because they have to fulfill a quota right?
