Are We Finding Manuscripts in the Desert?
The King James he said was built on about nine Greek manuscripts roughly is that the text that Erasmus put together and the King James, you know the use some other sources as well but it was essentially Erasmus's text yes. And now today we have how many over 5000 or not complete but about 5000 500 manuscripts we have when we talk about a manuscript we're talking about a handwritten document. The published Greek New Testament came in 1516 with Erasmus up until then everything was written by hand. There's only 60 about 1% that are complete New Testaments.
