When someone calmly asserts certainty, they force you to listen. That's a human. You know, as part of what you're saying is the people in your organization want that. We crave it. And so there's something important in that those people stand up and speak out. So I asked her about that and I want to read what I'm going to read next or from the transcript. Charlan: It's not so much that they're confident as they are as they have conviction. The weekly held part of that is a willingness to know in your heart and sometimes even acknowledge that you might be wrong.
