The Function of Language in Philosophy
Witkenstein was not a logical positivist. His early work in the tractatus, was seen many logical positivists to be a great work of philosophy that sort of mirrored what they were working on. In other words, whenever we're using language properly, we're always describing a certain empirical reality something that's happening. And that empirical reality always conforms to a logical structure. Hence the similarities to logical empiricism.
