Coffee is probably the only ingredient that would be served in every single restaurant. So our first mission was to give them some personality, some character because they want to do things differently. And we've been lucky enough to work with culinary heroes. Like our coffees are every day at Michel Guerra. We have been working with Elendaros, for instance, and she's obtaining a new mission star every year.
