The Case of Leela Butcher

Leela Butcher was sent to prison for 20 weeks and banned from seeing her son in custody. Her QC said she made a grave misjudgment saying she pretty much lived an isolated existence during the currency of her son's proceedings. There were so many opportunities for the attack not to have happened during the course of the evening. Do you think that Butcher was terrified of Scott as he claimed? Or did he use the incident on the night of the murder as a chance to take his revenge on Scott? I guess we'll never know for sure.
