The Future of Capital Allocation in a Zero Interest Rate Environment

I keep coming back to this idea that pretty much anyone under the age of 40 give or take majority of their career has been in that zero interest rate environment. And so maybe we return back to that and like it's okay. It was just like, hey, a one or two year period where they had to kind of figure it out. But if we stay in an elevated interest rate environment, you basically got to reteach on entire generation,. right, of people, how to build businesses and allocate capital given that interest rate being at a higher level.
