The only time you would have to answer again is when someone just doesn't read the email and which happens pretty often. The best way I've ever seen to answer, answer lists of questions in an email. And one day someone sent me a mega like a mega list of others like eight to 12 questions. And I thought, holy crap, I'm going to have to write out a novel. And the boss is like, this is the time do it. And it worked beautifully. So a little bit of a story, but this is the best wayI've ever seen. And I don't see anyone else do this."
