Em iigt: Have you ever looked at what causes, i do not want to say nfall, but leaders to lose track? We've heard stories over the years of leaders who apparently et on top of their game, and then they get derailed. I would say that what happens with a lot of sea yos like jack welch, they stay too long. Id know only one out of all the great sea yoes i know. Am, i know only one that has managed to continue to reinvent himself.
