Horizontal Scalability of a Blockchain

In every programming language, you have inputs to a function and output that can be used as input and function. That's just natural. The difference here is we capture the information being used for scheduling things to it for them to be executed in parallel. So when we talk about horizontal scalability, we're talking about scaling a throughput and we'retalking about scaling of storage as well.
