I feel like everybody who does low carb, like a healthy low carb diet, you can see a lot of measures change. You generally see HSC or P going down the triglycerides go down. By the way, is that something that you check for fasting insulin? I think it's one of the better indicators we can do. And I would recommend doctors to do it more often.
