Multi Family Properties - What's Your Discipline Approach?
We have adopted a very data driven and very disciplined approach towards what kind of properties we will look and entertain seriously as a prospect. Do you invest promarily, like residential housing, or wa your focus? We have never actually excluded any type of property from our portfolios. But i would say right now, given the way the market as residential woll multi family type properties, i think, are where most of the interest is.
