There are now new Barnes and Noble stores. Often taking over big spaces of other retailers that have left them all. And it's such an incredible development because as you pointed out, we all thought we had seen the end of Barnes and Noble. Or if it's maybe more true, what we're really seeing is sort of a post-pandemic blip.
