The accuracy goes up as the as the circles converge, but there's no guarantee that they'll converge in any given case. Google say this is because they worry this is going to lead to producing Skynet. The gene is out anyway. So you can't stop people making anything they want with machine learning. It doesn't matter how many AI is this Google say no one should do race based recognition. The Chinese just went and built it anyway.
