The Risks of a Draft Prospect

Colin Kaepernick was sinking like a stone for two, three weeks. Teams weren't impressed with his combine workout. They didn't feel like he did great at his pro day. And then about 10 days before the draft all of a sudden it's like someone put their foot in the ground and turned it in the other direction. I think ultimately Tennessee could have been perfect for Will Levis.
