Is IL-1 RA in Mice a Threat to the Immune System?
Anibody effective functions are associated with protection from respiratory syncytial viruses. We need to think about this IL-1 production in us. But will that influence our adaptive immune response? Because mice are making a reduced adaptive immune response. And so it's a little bit of a tradeoff. We get these side effects, but we don't have IL-1 RA potentially reducing our adaptive responses.
