The Importance of Mass Customization in the Workplace

I don't believe in sort of sweeping generalizations about generations. I truly believe that all of us are individuals and at different times in our life we have different needs for different offerings from our workplace environments. There aren't these massive differences between generations, but there are traits around people. If you're earlier in your career or if you're changing career, then there's obviously going to be a fundamental emphasis on learning opportunities. And actually, probably your propensity to learn is the most important skill you can develop because things are changing so far.
