i dealt with fear pretty severely growing up. Fear had such a grip on me that that nightmare would come continual from age six to 23. When it broke, it was simply by a new revelation that i didn't have to be subject to that fear and that nightmare. And even to this day, like i i don't really deal with fear much, but still, it tries to come back. I'm dealing with mine. Mike's stealing with his. Maybe you can.
