The Confusion in the Real Estate Market

In a certain way the numbers don't add up prices across most of the country are pretty darn high for real estate over, you know, in comparison with historical averages. And so, how do I put this, and interest rates have taken a huge shot up. You are on a variable mortgage you're going to find your costs have just shot through the roof. So the question is Kirk, are you asking me, what should I do, how should I make sense of this? It's basically that there's confusing data out there. And it's hard to discern.
