'Galaby Gang'
Pink was the only non political color we could find, so i put in an order for 500 saris in pink. That's why the group called the galaby gang, gulab is hindi for pink. By two thousand and six they had around a thousand members. And that year, they surrounded a police station in a protest against corruption. The police study for 11 days because his wife belonged to the gulabi gang. They were keeping him locked up under the false pretense of stealing a water buffalo.
