When You're Under Threat, It's Your Crazy Time
The neuroscience backs this completely because you're just building different stronger connections between neurons in the brain. Your brain will always lean back towards the strongest connections. If when you're under threat, if you've done anger a lot, you're going to get angry right away as it's your quickest, easiest way to go. So you have to let yourself feel angry, but think about compassion. And what people do is they get mad at themselves when they think compassion and then don't feel it.
