Nani and her colleague at DFF, Jonathan McCully, assisted in the preparation of the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights’ report, “Unboxing Artificial Intelligence: 10 Steps to Protect Human Rights”. The report provides guidance on how to prevent and mitigate the negative impacts of AI systems on human rights. You can read it here.
