The Law of Karma - How Can We Get Rid of Our Words?

In the ancient Vedic spiritual tradition, we have three quote unquote seats of karma: Our thoughts, our speech, and our actions. Each is responsible for generating the effects or outcomes that we experience in the near immediate or medium term or long term future. When we train ourselves to understand that all of our words are always being recorded, it just is a catalyst to not only look at our words, but dig deeper into what desire is fueling them.
