Is There a Way to Allow Her to Visit the Cats?

I've regularly reassured her she would have access to the cats. That does sound something like a promise. There's a difference between saying it's over, you're never going to see these cats again and I need some more space. Having to interact every two weeks over these cats has been difficult for me. Can we have a four month period where you don't visit the cats? Can we just take a break and see how that is?
