Sally Kohn: I think using social engineering can be seen also in a positive light along with the negative kind of criminal activity that we've seen as well. Does manipulation always fall into social engineering, or is that just something slightly different or some part of it? She says there's both good to influence and bad to manipulate someone. "I'm like an argument about what you're trying to get out of someone," she says.
