How to Write a Good Dialogue
The dialogue that you put in books is not how people actually talk. What we really do in dialogue is a stream lined version of it which cuts out the, come on, man, you know, you cut out most. If i use a a in in a conversation, in dialogue, what i'm trying to indicate is that person is having like, a moment,. Like that character's having a moment of stump, of stammering, of not knowing what to say. Or if i have somebody trail off stupidly, which we do all the time as human beings. But it's usually in fiction. It's for a purpose. So be very careful on the realistic talking.
