The Fourth Amendment and the Supreme Court
The Supreme Court has said, well, warrantless search is presumptively unreasonable. And so it transforms what I understand the Fourth Amendment to be, which is what Peter was saying. It transforms it into saying the armed agents of the state just need a reason. Any reason whatsoever to be in your business. But that's the holding of this opinion, essentially, is that actually it is.
