Is There a Difference Between Processed and Unprocessed Red Meat?

Cape Bingham: Red meat is not inherently beneficial and just you eat more of it. He says studies have shown that high red meat intake can be associated with a higher risk of heart disease, cancer or otherwise. Cape Bingham's research looked at the metabolic processes in people who consumed large amounts of unprocessed red meat. The world cancer research fund recommendation for unprocessed meat is 500 grams a week as a limit to the top.
