Is Netflix Really Wanting You to Watch Anime?

I feel like Netflix is doing more and more things to get you to at least click on something. There's been a ton more what I'm just going to, I could be saying this incorrectly of what I perceive to be anime. But there's also ones where it sort of minimizes the too easy realization that this is probably something with subtitles. If you click through and start watching and you like it, I guess you're more likely to stick with it.
