The Importance of Fatigue and Freshness in Training
It's impossible to get a day where fatigue and freshness are not having an effect on your ability to produce work on the bike. Adapted training is going to make sure that you're going to be getting the workouts that you need, rather than constantly giving you workouts that are too hard. You just address your recovery relative most important events a little more seriously. That's how you can and should feel prior to most important events.
