i work in blocks of forty minutes. So i set on due a timer for for minutes, and i'm working on a particular area of work. I don't like to mix different areas s. When the timer goes off, i do two things. I will reset the timer if i want to do another unit. And i also then quickly just open launch centre pro and mark that,. yes, i have completed one unit of time's worth of work on this, this activity.
