i work in blocks of forty minutes. So i set on due a timer for for minutes, and i'm working on a particular area of work. I don't like to mix different areas s. When the timer goes off, i do two things. I will reset the timer if i want to do another unit. And i also then quickly just open launch centre pro and mark that,. yes, i have completed one unit of time's worth of work on this, this activity. You log this once it's completed, not when it's beginning. Because, of course, what can happen? Iscason aly, something comes up in and a unit of work doesn't actually get
