The Future of the United States Economy
The government as you know hummed huge amounts of money into the system both in the United States and in other economies. That really is what prevented the recession which I think lasted about a month to end. What's going on now is just the opposite the government doesn't have the ability to put more money to the system because of the high inflation so they're doing just the opposite.
