i grew up in the woods of montana, and i went to this very small, very adult attached elementary school. And so i think i was adult, very adult attached as a child,. Like, my parents certainly didn't prioritize playdates or anything like that. So when i got to school, boarding school, i felt quite immune from that pure pressure. I discovered a lot of pure orientation in my own lessence. The tragedy that often happens is that our families where care is meant to happen, are torn apart by this retribalization. We fall through the cracks because we were not connected to the adults in our life at the time....
