Is $86 a Megawatt Hour Locked in for Life?

I want to compete with China. I want to ask aluminium manufacturing or similar in Australia to be cheaper than it is in China because we've got better wind and solar resources. We need to see some measurements out of AMO, not just complaining about how much they need new supply. Their job really is to make sure it all bloody well gets connected nice, fast and efficiently - that the transmission's there.
