The Power of Mind Maps in Discovery Workshops
People feel a part of it in that way. I think they're touching the mind map. If they feel that their voice is being represented within it, they contribute more. And so we've used it for discovery to then build out what do we prioritize in a rollout plan or your project plan because it's content that's come directly from them. It's not us pushing words into their mouths, it's come from them. And all we've done is organize it, which I think is so powerful.
