Is There Support for Artists With Learning Disabilities?

i think it all comes down to listening. And that's what i think there is a responsibility for public organizations like museums, especially in the u k, to actually start listening more to different artists. There also needs to be support for those who have learning disabilities or mental health issues - because their art is totally valid and totally incredible. It's really brilliant that that kind of open environment that, i think, is created through action space and these studios that you have,. The trust that's there between the facilitator and the artist. And it's all about listening. That's what i wanted to say earlier.
