The Monoculture
i didn't realize how much i benefited from the monoculture just being a straight, white guy rit. The mono culture is this sort of unstated way that you need to carry yourself. It excludes people who don't drink or feel uncomfortable in wint areas. I'm trying to include that so much more when i talk about these things,. cause it really is invisiblized in a lot of ways.
