Strengthening the End Range

When you're talking about developing the end range, I'm thinking just as a... Like leg extensions, but only doing the last couple of inches or hamstring curls. By misunderstanding what you mean by strengthening the end range. That for the most part, that's the right idea. So say we wanted to, if you were working on your hip but you wanted to bias a muscle group more, you can add an isometric contraction of your hamstrings with flexing your knee and then moving the hip through a specific range motion. It's all really based on the position that you place your body in and what your goal is as far as where exactly you need to strengthen.
