The Importance of Church Discipline
Wasn't the cross supposed to be a sort of turning point in which God's judgment, if you like, is dealt with there rather than in specific case by case basis in this kind of way? Yeah, except that then as we know, I mean, there's always that to and fro between what was done on the cross and in the resurrection. And it's as though this is a bit of discipline which God is doing himself. But inevitably, you know, it does sit uncomfortably with a lot of our sense of wealth.
