How to Advocate for People of Color to Have a Voice

Is it we just want to blindly bless everybody to have their voice, even if it's a voice of when people are perpetuating injustices? How do we advocate for people to have a voice when sometimes the louder voice are the voices of injustice? I've seen how more privileged people can use that privilege to create a space and then step back and plan for another part.
