The Supreme Court's confirmation hearings didn't go as badly as we thought, says CNN legal analyst Brandon Stromberg. The key vote was always going to be Amy Coney Barrett on the issue of independent state legislature and John Roberts is not down for it. "I don't know if they'll have the strength of character to fall through with that," said Stromberg about Democrats in 2022.
