Is Everything in Motion?

There's always something going on in the universe because, you know, it's so big. There's planets spinning everywhere, asteroids flying through the sky. It does seem to be sort of in slow motion violence. Cana mechanic says that everything is in motion, and has to be in motion - nothing can actually come to rest. So the very nature of our existence seems to be inmotion.
