How to Coach and Teach in a Different Environment
I think that's very important for the younger coach to understand is that you might get flustered in certain situations. You've got a wide variety of movers, level of athletes and things like that. But at the end of the day if you know your principals, you know how to coach or teach as you refer to a couple of times, it's going to be okay.
