Is It Better to Not Use Perfume and Not Use Cologne?

i'm someone who has a pretty sensitive nose. I can things that other people cannot smell, and that's also why i'm very sensitive to perfumes. And so what is the investment here? The investment here is basically to invest in a good show routine,. A good soap, a good quality perfume and conditioner - not something that is over scented and overpowering.
