i work in a business where we have two company level, i'm going to say k b ees, but i'm like, ios, like a mu check. But the thing is, like we know now from so many experiments, when one goes up, the other goes down. If you start pushing people towards a paid plan, you will have a drop off of users. And if you push people towards users, they're less likely to upgrade anyway. So what you're reall want to do is figure out ways to make one of them go up that doesn't that that has a tempered effect on the others.
How do we measure the performance of this podcast? With well-formulated KPIs, of course! With targets set for them. Since Tim is the taskmaster who insists we revisit our KPIs every year, we decided he would be our guest for this show, and Michael and Moe would take turns trying to stump him with impromptu role playing as difficult stakeholders in challenging scenarios.
