What Is the Future of Sino-Russian Relations?

As long as China sees the United States as the most consequential national security threat, it's not going to abandon Russia. So Europe's preference is beginning to play a bigger role in China's approach to Russia at the same time. Maybe we don't have the option of the US not being hostile to China, but maybe there is an option that European's preference and European policy can be shaped.
