When you're burnt out, there's not a lot that can be done. So what you need to do is think about wat of the small actions that are going to have a really big difference. For example, for me, i par meditation with the act of waking up. And using dopermen and dobermen, is that the reward system we have in our brainwen when something good happens. The most dobermen is released in the anticipation of the good thing that's going to happen.
