Is There a Place for Community?

There's a huge arbitrage to be had in like secondary and tertiary markets that we find. We are finding locations like that that have some real low cost because most of these cross secos mentiong mostly as costs are fixed. They have low cost, but they carry the same amount of members. And n just kind of growing, growing with the community has been, has been an arbitration of itself.
