The Supreme Court Screws Up the Statute

I don't see any way in which the courts are going to be able to come to what is the socially optimal liability solution by squinting at a 26 year old law that just has very little to say about the modern internet. I mean look in the long term perhaps maybe you are right, but it worries me when the Supreme Court screws everything up before it goes back to Congress and people's lives will be materially affected. Just one quick reaction to Quinter you said you know you have some real concerns about an undifferentiated internet where there are no recommendations. Would it really be so bad to do away with immunity for platforms algorithmic recommendations from the users perspective? It would be terrible
